GUEST'S ACCOUNT PROTECTION
To open the Idol World for as many players as possible, players can enter the game through Guest account by clicking ‘Play Now’ button without registering.
To enter the game with Guest Account (Play now), click on ‘Play now’ button in the login screen.
Read carefully all the warnings and risks that you may encounter when playing as GUEST. If you willing to process, click “Confirm"
However, this is just the trial account and you may risk your chance of losing the character and data. To ensure that your experience is not interrupted by unexpected technical issues, please link your account with ERA PROTOCOL account to protect your Guest (Play Now) account. This will help you back-up all your game progress in the event of a game update.
HOW TO LINK GUEST'S ACCOUNT
When signing in, choose “Protect Guest's Data"
Create a ERA PROTOCOL account with username and password. Click on “Link Account" to register your Guest (Play now) account to the system.
After linked successfully, you can log in to your account using this ERA PROTOCOL ID
RECOVER ACCOUNT PASSWORD
In case you accidentally forget your login password, please follow this instruction to recover your account’s password.
Step 1: Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login screen
Step 2: Enter the email that is linked to your account. Then press “Get OTP"
Note: If you created the account with username or you have not linked your account with email on https://games.eraprotocol.io/store, please contact to Idol World Official Fanpage to get support.
We recommend you link the email to https://games.eraprotocol.io/store to avoid losing your assets.
Step 3: Check your email inbox for an OTP code from ERA PROTOCOL ID
Step 4: Enter the OTP that you received and your new password to reset.
